With over 20 years in enterprise and mobile development Matthew overseas all things technical at Island Apps.  Matthew has worked at many well known companies such as Vignette, Unisys,  Novus Edge,  as well as taking on leadership positions in several start-up and venture funded software companies.

Matthew has a broad base of skills including extensive international business experience in the Asia Pacific region, his management experience spans from director level postings through senior executive management.  Matthew has a consistent track record of team leadership, excellent communication and analytical skills.  Matthew was invited by Apple to develope and deliver executive briefings on the integration of  iPads into enterprise systems, during the iPad 2 launch.    
Matthew brings a “Can Do Now” attitude  and a network of worldwide business contacts, leveraging both to develope cutting  edge mobile and enterprise solutions.

Shaun Haenes Founding Partner:

Shaun S. Haenes is a serial entrepreneur that has a proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar growth and fast paced expansion over the past eleven years.

With Dale Carnegie’s Corporate Sales Training, he lead Premium Solutions, LLC in first years sales in 2003 and drove him to open Insurance Negotiators LLC in 2004 which later grew into All Web Leads, Inc.

In 2008 while working as a Business Development Contractor for EMG, Inc he helped structure an innovative health insurance program that allowed 4 million Keller Williams Agents nationwide the opportunity to acquire group health insurance as independent contractors and covered thousands of uninsurable brokers.   This account generated $4 million in revenue for EMG in the first 60 days after its launch.

His experience and motivation leading high energy start up organizations and national sales teams to exceed revenue and profit goals lead him towards the red-hot mobile industry in 2009. 1 year into the industry he worked with Fortune 500 companies like Coca Cola, Louisville Slugger and Roca Wear to pitch strategic mobile solutions.

With his 1st year sales exceeding $1.5 million in smart phone application software and business solutions at Appiction, LLC  he decided to branch off to develop internal products as owner and managing partner at The Peoples Advisors LLC in 2011.  While developing “Text In Private Spaces” (Android App) under The Peoples Advisors he was recruited to help Touch Technologies, a Mutual Mobile company, develop its small business and consumer mobile development division.
